Wood-fired Oven

In the middle of the pandemic, someone called asking about an oven, and I never imagined everything that would happen afterward. A great opportunity was born, and I started a new custom-made Wood-Fired Oven, which then, thanks to the fire, came to life in the hands of a special family.

It was hard work, it cost (as always) blood, sweat, and tears. Just like that, I'm telling the truth, it's never easy, but that's the norm in this trade. During all that time and infinite patience, several recordings were made. So, I'm starting this blog to share videos of what this process was like until I received the last video where this magnificent oven is seen working. I felt a great emotion seeing it in action!
